Appeal for processing Paper based Canada PR applications Fast

I want to put across my concern over the situation of processing paper based application (offline) of both inbound and outbound candidates. IRCC is busy in processing express entry (online). I just want to know why there is discrimination in processing application between paper based and express entry candidate?? Adding to the problem there is no statement or comments on update on paper based application. Cases are piling on day to today basis and nobody in IRCC is taking it seriously. The only way I get updated when my unknown friends on different sites update their status of paper based application.

Some of the people are waiting for more that one year to get an update from IRCC. They have sent their papers via Canada Post of by Courier, but still waiting endlessly for a small update. This is no way of treating paper based application candidate. Same treatment should be provided no less or more. Processing time has gone to 20 months (nearly 2 years). It does not make any sense to wait for 20 months or more. It is impacting me and lot of us in a very negative way

All I want from IRCC or respective authority to share regular update on paper based application. Give tentative timelines if not exact. Start processing application on ASAP basis and build confidence among depressed paper based applicants. Hope you understand the bad situation and act accordingly.

That's why the program called Express Entry. Due to Covid 19, many ppl have been working from home or being laid off, which causes a significant delay. I know we (paper-based applicants) can do nothing but wait for them to update info.
