Appeal Confirmation 120 days to file transfer but already 140 now

Hello everybody,

we got appeal confirmation in mid march which said it will take 120 days to transfer file we didn't hear anything from them yet how long it is expected and what is the next steps and procedures can anybody guide me thanks.
