APPEAL AGAINST REFUSAL

Dear PM,

My case has been refused on the grounds that they could not verify one of my job experience
Between 1992 and 1995.

They called up at the phone no. listed on the experience letter, the person picking up the phone
replied that there is no one by the name (of my previous employer). And that have had this no. since
1991.

Now what happened is that the place where I was working eased to exist after 2004, the telephone
was provided to my employer along with the premises and when the presmises was handed over to the
owner, the phone was handed over to them accordingly. The Visa officer spoke to the premises owner
asked about my previous employer to which the Premises owner replied in negative and informed that
phone has been in his name since 1991. But did confirm the existence of the said company for which
the job experience was provided. He even provided a letter in support of his statement.
But my application was refused on the ground that they could not verify my previous job experience and
that also of between 1992 and 1995.

Need advise as to go for appeal or re-apply.

PM PLEASE ADVISE
