APEGS or CIPS

Hi,

I have work experience in NOC 2173 and have following educational degrees:
Graduation: Bachelors's in Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication (a 4-year Bachelors degree program from India)
Post-graduation: Master of Science in Embedded Systems (a 2-year Masters degree from India)

Can someone share from his/her experience or knowledge if I should apply to APEGS or CIPS in order to get a license to work in the state of Saskatchewan? Thanks.

I Am also in a similar situation my bachelors and masters are in Electronica and communication but my experience is in NOC2173
So, which certification i need to get?
