Yes you can although you're better of investing 20000 Rs in GMAT rather than 20,00,000 Rs for a lawyer for your appeal.

Give GMAT, get a decent score and get into a university that's not a scam if you want to do an MBA

agreed! you can appeal but you will end up wasting a lot of money and time and it will hardly change the outcome. Select a better uni and apply again and that will hopefully work out in your favor. Good Luck
