A friend of mine recently submitted his application. However, he forgot to enter apartment/unit numbers of his addresses in Canada and outside.
1) Should he now send a webform for this mistake? If so, what should be the type of the webform: "Replacement documents, amendments documents, etc.", OR "Permanent residence"?
2) After selecting the type of the webform, for the "Do you want to add a document to an existing file/application?", he needs to choose "Yes" or "No"?
