We are a young couple and require a furnished apartment / basement for 5 months from 15th May'15 to 14th October'15. Area of preference is either near Downtown Toronto or near Downtown Mississauga. Basically a place with accessible public transport and some life (malls, shops, hospitals etc.)
We both are very particular about cleanliness and will keep the apartment in great condition. Don't mind paying upfront 5 months rental if the apartment is good and within budget i.e. between CAD 800 to CAD - 1200 per month.
