Aor2 sent to wrong email address

Hi guys i am bit confused my aor2 was sent to wrong email address, it was forwarded to me. So i email delhi immigration to update with correct email ... I put the correct email on file and everything previous to this email was sent correctly .. Should i call cic can they fix it even if its at different vo ?

check in cic website and go to VO specific inquiry page ( if you know ur VO)
send them a note about the change in email addy. you may need to include why.

But why would it be sent to a wrong email addy if you didnt incluse it in your app?? , how did the wrong email addy get into your application,??
