AOR1 Inquiry

Hi guys! I am a June 1st applicant and no news yet.

Regardless of when you applied, I'm looking for feedbacks from people who :
- got AOR1 very late (1,5 to 2months)
- got their docs returned
- got their file lost and had to resend everything.

When you called CIC to ask about the file, what did they use to tell you ?
Have anyone of you been told that they would open an inquiry and then got AOR 1 or called again and then they said the docs were returned ?

Hi there,

I think your timeline is fine, I didn´t an actual AOR, I just got an email for the 1st time a month after, to link my account, that was it.

I think your timeline is fine, I didn´t an actual AOR, I just got an email for the 1st time a month after, to link my account, that was it.

Be patient !

The email you got to link your acount is actually an AOR. Means your docs are complete and in process .. We got nothing at all and June 2nd to June 15th applicants lots of them got AOR already.

Yes hubby called on Thursday. They said our file is not in the system and they would send an inquiry. That we should wait 1week and call back. I'm looking for people who have had the same experience / lived something similar

I am June 5. I called 2 times already. woman on the phone said getting aor may take 2 months. this is ridiculous. And she could not find any info in their database either. if you look may and april sheets there 2-3 people who got their aor after 40 days. very few people
