Hello everyone,we have submitted our application in May 15,but didn’t receive the AOR.I don’t know what it that means.Can you have any advice?

I am assuming that you have submitted your Express Entry application online. If so, you get a AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt )immediately in your online account.

Are you checking your online account? Specifically the message section where all the correspondence from IRCC comes, what do you see there?
