I was finding the post regarding getting AOR or file # , after deducting fees from credit card but I didn't get any post related to that.
My question is - how many days they usually take to send that to applicant ?

Normally you will get the AOR mail within 1 week after the credit card has been charged. The credit card is charged in about a months time since your application has been received by CIC.

They deducted the fees from my credit card on Dec 13 and I haven't gotten any AOR or file # till today. I am wondering what can I do instead of waiting ?
should I contact them regarding this ?
