Here is the time line

Send Application from Pakistan : 9th March, 2009
Reached Canada : 13th March, 2009
Received by Sydney Office : 16th March, 2009
AOR Letter Date : 28th March, 2009
Letter Dispatched on : 30th March, 2009
Letter Received on : 6th April, 2009

So it took around a month to get a go ahead with further application. Now I have 120 days to be counted from 28th March, 2009 to provide all the info. Thanks for the support community.

hi, how did u send ur application, through dhl or tcs?
where did u make an intl. bank draft?

I applied under 0213 - Working as Manager IT for the last 10 years.

Jalal : I used DHL for sending the application. They were fast and provide excellent online tracking. Bank draft was prepared through Standard Chartered. I have a foreign currency account there. You can get the bank draft prepared from any reputable Exchange Company if you do not have a foreign currency account.

Correction you have 120 days from the date of issue of the letter from Nova Scotia.. Which means you already lost 5-6 days by the time you received the letter.

Yeah, the 120 days will start from Letter Date, which is 28th March, 2009
