Aor received

Hello everyone,

I received my Aor two days ago and I am wondering if that means my application has been accepted with in the cap limit. I do not have an employment offer from a Canadian employer and being a physical therapist I will have to clear my license prior to finding a job. Please advice me if Aor means I am with in the cap limit or not. Thanks in advance for the help.
