AOR Received & PR Renewal in process for 4..6..8..10+ weeks?

Creating this thread if your PR renewal is stuck for weeks after you received AOR.

Just a thought from mine, is it possible that they require additional documents from you for further processing?
Since you mentioned you didn't receive AOR email, maybe they sent requirement but you also didn't receive?

AOR was not received but the application number & status can be viewed. When we called they said everything is approved & it is sent for card printing.
