AOR Received asking to specify NOC code

I recieved AOR from buffalo, they requested to specify 4 digit NOC code that corrresponds to each occupation in which i have experience , they referred a site .

As i am "Oracle applictaions DBA" , i found a NOC code as "2172" , can you please confirm and also they did not mention how to send the code. can you please suggest on this.

Also, when i filed my application to buffalo, i wrote a letter stating i have high proficiency in english but, later i gave IELTS , and now i have Ielts result with me, My question is should i send IELTS result and NOC code to buffalo .(Buffalo requested only for NOC code).

did you file under FSW 1 ?

if yes then probably you should having schedule 3 copy...for different job..what position you have selected.

remember that atleast 1 NOC code must come under ministerial instruction and for minimum 1 year experience.
