AOR quick question

Hello Everyone!

How's the AOR delivered? Is it by mail or by email? I've been checking my mail box everyday waiting for it, and I've noticed that Canada post has been putting my neighbours mail in my box (and I wonder if my neighbours are getting my mail!!).
