AOR on 18 july. (For June Applicant)Till 11 August Ecas "Application Received"

My aor email came on 18 july
since then till now nothing is chaging ecas status
Sorry if m being ignorant but is it normal?The office i applied is nova scotia
Is it ever happened with someone that the application remain as application received and applicant got email for test date
Kindly anyone guide

Also you think ATIP notes request should b requested a this point or is it ok to wait more because it been 23 days since Aor email

I would not ask for Atip. Why? Official processing time is 12 months.
