AOR missing

I submitted my profile for express entry after receiving provincial nomination but i haven't received AOR. It's been a week since i received confirmation of payment and the status of my profile on IRCC is also successfully submitted but i haven't received the AOR. What can be possible next steps? I have already called IRCC and they're asking me to wait

You don't get AOR after submitting your profile to EE. You have to wait for ITA and submit your complete application. The. You will get AOR.
