AOR in Feb - Decision Timeline

I was just wondering if anyone had an idea what the decision timeline looks like once you submit your application. I am guessing it is on a case by case basis - but does anyone have any personal experience to share? I am just wondering if I submitted my application early in Feb and recieved my AOR how long would CIC get back to me based on the fact that i've submitted all documents and even completed my medical and paid the entires fees.

They try to process applications within 6 months, but that's not guaranteed.
