AOR From Buffalo?

Hi Guys,

Do you know how long now it is taking to receive the AOR from Buffalo?? I already got the approval from sydney and sent my papers to buffalo?

Another Question.. Do you know the date of applications that is now under processing in Buffalo?

buffalo is right now processing march-april 2009 applicants...and 2-3 cases of may and june

When you say march-april you mean the date receiving AOR from buffalo or the date the full documents was sent or the date application sent to sydney, NS??

How long it will take to receive the AOR from buffalo?

Buffalo consulate issued the file number (AOR) in four weeks.

Hi Folks,
Is there any one who sent their full document to Buffalo between Jan 25- Feb 5 2010?? and did any one get their AOR?

I sent mine to Buffalo on 25th Jan 2010 and the documents were received on 27th Jan 2010. Till date no change in my ecase or no notification... Makes me bit worried...

i sent my docs to buffalo on 20 Jan 2010, got my AOR last Friday (12 March)

jstar: watch your email closely. i nearly deleted the email because it had a subject line that looked like spam (something like DXBSA File No: 2383295853329583 Name: David).
add: re-BFALO.IM-REG-ARCH@international.gc.ca to your safe list

I am to submitting full document by weekend; but I will move to new place in mid April....
Can you please share if consulates office issues File number (AOR) by e-mail or by postal mail....

Document was recieved by Buffelo on 26/01/2010 and Received AOR on 09/03/2010

We applied to Canada in Sydney under federal skilled worker class in May 2009 and received a request to submit documents to buffalo by Jul 2009 which we initially did in Aug 2009 and then it was resent to us because one doc was missing and hence we resubmitted in Oct 2009.

We have been reading posts that we should be getting an AOR from Buffalo but we have not received any confirmation or acknowledgement from them? What does that mean? How long does it take to get AOR? Please let us know.

Our status online shows that the case was transferred to Buffalo in Jul 2009 and has not been updated after that? Please let us know any time frames and what exactly is AOR and time frame for it,

6 months, you have option (6 months is a good reason) to write a letter/e-mail to Buffalo office sharing detail you have & request for current status of your application.
