AOR by email or regular mail

I got AOR from CIO, NS, through email asking me to submit the complete application to local CHC but till now no regular mail. I am considering 3 cases-

First, nowadays CIO communicating through email only.(?)

Second, still time is there to get it.
- It is over 35 days now. How many days we can expect to deliver a regular mail from Canada to Qatar?

Third, they send me regular mail but somehow it gone to wrong place.
-My online status showing my mailing address correct as I given to them. So how can it goes to wrong place?

Please share your experience who are waiting to submit their complete application

If all your supporting docs are ready,just make a clean print out of the e-mail and attach to your package to the CHC.

hey I applied through Lawyer (Agency) , can anyone tell me that CIO will inform me for my AOR and lawyer too, or CIO will inform only to lawyer. I sent docs on 4th december 2009.

The communication will be send to the e-mail address on the form.

Nowadays, there is no doubt that the 1st form of communication CIO does using email, its also written on their procedures of communication in your visa specific instruction or the form EG7 .

Dont wait for the real letter to come, send all papers as they said in your email.

Hi guys,

I reckon someone can help or advice me regarding my issue.

I submitted my initial application on 9th july 2009 and didnt get any reply by january 2010, when i emailed to london canadian consulate they requested to FSW central in take office about the status of my application and they replied that they sent me my application approval in my email on 15th september 2009 that i reckon i didnt recieved.
Now my 120 days has been passed on 15th jan 2010 for sumission of the documents.
Can anybody advice or help me that whats the best way to tackle this bizzare situation now.
Any help will be appreciated.
