anyway to delay the medical for my wife 3-6 months?

Dear Friends
Please I want to know if there is anyway to delay the medical for my wife by 3-6 months, I have not get the medical request yet but I am expecting it. (Old applicant 2007 , London office)

I havent seen anyone who has requested for a delay or extension for the medical request but It usually will not be approved or disregarded if requested as almost all cases of extension on the submission of full documents. They are strict in that sense as they have deadlines and they are trying to catch up with the timelines.
