Anyone's FSW-2014 application reached Sydney, NS, on May2-2014?

Could anyone pls confirm whether your FSW-2014 application reached Sydney, Nova Scotia, on May 2-2014? I am just trying to figure out how agile people are this year. CIC website shows that 0 out of 25000 has been filled so far, but they won't update it frequently.

Thoughts of two risks swept across my mind.

Risk1: the application ending up reaching Sydney on Apr 30-2014 and being subject to evaluation under conditions of 2013
Risk2: falling behind all those whose applications reached Sydney on May2-2014 or subsequent days after that
