Anyone's application was assigned to NEW YORK office?

I learned from web form response that my file is located in New York. Just wondering is anyone else also being assigned to New York office and how's their work efficiency lol ? I applied PGWP outland in mid March and am waiting for approval. Recently submitted a job offer via web form hoping to speed up the process
