I am planning to submit application for my brother who was working on cruise.

1. What is the address/country should we mention for this work experience. Cruise company was registered in Italy but he was never there for more than a day or two.
2. He used to work based on employment contract which was for 9 months. So he used to get 9 months work and 3 months vacations. Will this count for 1 yr job exp or 9 months.
3. If I get visa stamped soon, will he be able to get additional 5 points, although I may not have landed.

Please help to advice.

2. He used to work based on employment contract which was for 9 months. So he used to get 9 months work and 3 months vacations. Will this count for 1 yr job exp or 9 months. - (Practically) 9 months- & only if the employment contract mentions that employee is hired for 9 months and paid for 9 months, excluding 3 months vacation.
3. If I get visa stamped soon, will he be able to get additional 5 points, although I may not have landed.
your immigration process technically is complete only when you are landed in Canada. So I doubt about that. Please be informed that soon there will be some changes to cic immigration program.
Let's wait for seniors' comments
good luck!

Please help to advice.

Is your brother coming in as a FSW? Crew and officers on cruise ships often work 13+ hours a day/7 days a week. The equivalent of 1,950 hours can be reached in just over 5 months. If your brother worked hours similar to this for 9 months, he would have more than a years' work. If his work fell in on of the NOC38 categories, would he be able to claim that as a full year equivalent? Does the term "work in excess" have any relevance here?
