anyone with experience rectify the wrong answer in IMM form?

hi, I apply for study permit and inadvertently press the wrong button in background information question “Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?” I misunderstood the question and answer NO but it should be YES as i have been issued Canada visitor visa before. Is it a misrepresentation and should I contact IRCC through webform? any answers will be appreciated. Thanks!

Contact IRCC through webform ASAP, so they note this error down. Don't risk misrep.
