Anyone with an application w a reference letter from a non cooperating employer?

I have pretty much everything on the letter except my managers email address and phone number. The phone number on the letter is for HR for any additional info needed. They say it is against their policy to include a specific individuals contact information.

This would totally work! CIC just needs a valid number to call (if they ever feel like calling, that is).

After a week or going back and forth, they finally included hours worked per week so now I can submit my application finally!
