Anyone who got into university with 62%?

My average is 62% ,I want to get into university for masters related to chemistry for January intake...which universities are easy to get into and do not require the usual contacting supervisor and things like that?

For Low GPA you can try these universities:

1. university of New Brunswick

2. Lethbridge University

3. University of Northern British Columbia

4. Dalhousie University.
