I have read some posts that talks about change at the RQ (CIT 0171_09-2012), which is replaced by RQ (CIT 0171_10-2013), I am curious as to the difference between the two version.

plz if someone received the new RQ (CIT 0171_10-2013),let us know what s the differences,
