Anyone received the AOR for CEC application sent to Buffalo in July 2010?

Hi, all

I have been waiting the AOR for more than four month now. Checking out my mailbox everyday, but nothing.
Is there anyone who applied for CEC in mid of July 2010, and has received an AOR?

I have checked out e-CAS, but it said no results along with my client number. It would be greatly appreciated if someone gives me some tips or peace of mind regarding seemingly endless waiting time. Thanks
