I didn't apply yet. My ielts result will be out in the first week of Feb, and will apply after then; to Langara maybe.

ohkay... dont you think if you will apply in feb for admission then it is quite difficult to get LOA before a month? and then you will apply for visa a month before your intake date..

Well i got LOA by 9 Nov 2014, but due visa rules i applied in jan .. my status is in process buddy!
