You need a full time job offer in Canada from a Canadian employer and that employer then has to obtain an approved LMIA. Once you have these two things (job offer + LMIA) you can then apply for a work permit.

If your aunt is going to be your employer, she will need to start by advertising the job for at least a month to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. If no Canadian is found for the role, she can then apply for the LMIA to request approval to hire you. As part of the LMIA application, she will need to pay a $1,000 processing fee. The processing time for the LMIA will likely be 2-4 months. When/if the LMIA is approved, you will then be able to apply for a work permit which will involve additional processing time.
