Anyone knows the processing time of PR travel document? (Hongkong)

Does anyone know how long does it take for PR travel document be finished processing?

With the obligations requirements met, how long would the granted visa be valid for?

Around 2 weeks. Valid for 6 months and single entry visa.

I saw on the CIC website that applicant can request for a multiple-entry visa, wondering if the 6 months also valid for multi-entry visa?

I think they issue multi entry if the applicant is staying with Canadian spouse outside Canada. Better to have PR card.

What if my wife needs be staying with the new born children who cannot come to Canada yet (I also applied family sponsorship application for children and still waiting) , would this be a valid reason for issuing multi entry visa?
