hello everyone ; how are you guys doing?

I am January 2017 applicant ;
So, I received 2 love letters from CIC. Just wondering how it is with my application...
1. Procedural fairness letter : this letter asking about the proof that I have been staying with my husband in this year ; as when we submitted, I realize we put my staying date till the day of my visa run out ; I already sent to them all proofs I have to show I am staying with my husband. Then just few days later, I received another love letter from CIC
2. Eligibility Passed: this letter tell me that I have meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a member of the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class. This letter also asked for Criminal Record check based on my fingerprint (RCMP), they give me 30 days to do so.

If anyone can help me to answer my questions, I will be very appreciate it,
1. I did fingerprint at Hamilton already, and according the lady, they will submit the result straight away to RCMP ; and RCMP will send to CIC directly in a week, so it's been more than 10 days, when I login my cic, it is still said "my action is required" - and didn't change any status. At this point, what should I do?

2. The second love letter, is that a good sign? because we have been waiting for almost a year for this application and I am currently out of status since Feb'17 (I didn't submit OWP- I don't intend to work, also didn't submit to extend my temporary visa) because some misunderstanding from my husband thought that once I applied the PR by him as my sponsor, I already implied, but that is so wrong in so many level ... ~_~

I can't answer your first question about being out of status.

With the second question, did you submit your fingerprints to an accredited company to digitize your fingerprints? I think you had to request the company to submit it to the RCMP directly and pay an extra fee. If you aren't sure that they update your info, email your VO to see if they received the report.

I did submit my fingerprint with the company list from RCMP website actually, and the lady told me they will send everything directly to RCMP and RCMP will send to CIC address that wrote on the letter.

Did they send you communications via email? If they did, just reply to their email with your request for this information.

No, they send me update on CIC link account (GCkey) for this RCMP request, and the letter was attached on my CIC account (GCkey)
the email they sent only just email notification for account update

the email they sent only just email notification for account update

So you have not gotten any communication from your VO? Maybe others from your VO can direct you. Or you can send a case specific enquiry via IRCC webform.

It's a good sign as they passed your eligibility, this is the backbone of your application. Unless you have some security or criminality issues and if you don't need an interview, you should get approved soon.

I never check on my application actually, if they have the update, they will send the notification to my email and I will submit what they need ; so I don't think I ever contacted with any VO yet.

So far, they don't requested any interview - my husband and I just difference 2 years old, and I visited him first,and have relationship bf / gf for over a year before got married, and we also have wedding ceremony etc which we submitted.

I think I will send a case specific via IRCC on Monday
