Anyone in London applied online for a student Visa?

Hi everyone!

I live in London and applied for a student visa online to go to Toronto (also applied for work permit for my husband as he will be going with me). When I first applied, the processing time said 7 weeks. Since then, it has changed to 8 weeks….however, it has been 11 and half weeks for me and I still haven't heard anything back.
I can't contact Canada to find out how things are going as I applied outside of Canada. I can't contact the London offices as they say they can't help people who applied online.
I tried sending emails to them but I either got an automatic reply saying nothing and one time I got a reply saying it was 'in process'.

Anyone else in the same boat? I applied on the 28th of August.
How long did it take any of you to get it back?

hey mate... i applied online from malaysia it used to be 8 weeks but was changed to 9 weeks.i applied 70days ago!!!!still waiting
