Anyone here with Supply Chain\Procurement Working Experience

I want to know if someone with the working experience in the field of Procurement or Supply Chain moved to Canada and after migrating what will be the aspects?

1. Should one has to do some certifications?
2. How long will it take to get the full time job in the same field?
3. Anything else which gives advantage to start the career again the same field?
