Anyone who applied October 2014 onwards who just received their AOR/file number or medical request from CIO Sydney?

So my friend and I submitted our application together and reached Sydney Nova Scotia at the same day but she just got her file number and AOR a couple of hours ago and I don't have mine yet. I'm kinda worried about mine but I hope it'll come anytime soon. So her timeline is:

Mailed the application package to Sydney, NS - October 10, 2014
Received the application package at Sydney, NS - October 14, 2014
Received AOR/file number from CIO - March 06, 2015
Medical request - Still waiting
