Anyone have any advice about certified translate docs?

Ive asked this questions couple times before but haven't got the answer yet. I translated most my documents in China with a certified translator . Will the cic accept my docs?( WhatsApp chat logs bank statements medical reports) . I have been trying to call CIC hotline which they NEVER pick up . Just wondering if anyone have experiences with certified docs from other counties

I translated my documents with a translator in Venezuela and was not even certified by the embassy of Canada, I had no problem with that. Just do not forget to place the sworn statement of each translation.

Ok thanks what do u mean by the sworn statement?
For example each of my documents at the bottom will have two stamps one stamp would be company stamp and the other one would be certified translation.

Also it has the statement saying “ i hereby confirm that this is an accurate translation of the original document. Date , name of translator, company address and phone number” will this work?

And one more question when did you hand in the application in case they changed the rule?

is perfect, all this "i hereby confirm that this is an accurate translation of the original document. Date, name of translator, company address and phone number" is known as a sworn translation. If you check the basic guide IMM 5525 for the application you realize that this rule has not changed

Loll ok one more question then . My wife previously applied for temporary visa which she got rejected. On the letter there is a UIC number. On the application forms there are couple sections where i needa fill in UIC number. Should i fill that in?

Yes, in the forms you will place the UCI number that was assigned to your wife.
