Anyone got Visit visa for their spouse?

Has anyone given their spouse a visitor visa, while they were waiting for their sponsorship papers to be processed?

I'm feeling discouraged as some people here on this forum say it's difficult to get TRV, when the spouse is a canadian citizen, and PR papers are being processed.

It is difficult yet not impossible.

If your intention is that she comes and stays with you while waiting for the PR process to conclude then it will definitly prove hard. Good luck.

Thank you for your response; not the visit is for about a month or so.
Will try to emphasize a 3 week stay when applying again. Thanks
