yes you can .. its depend on ur case and last 2 rejection results .. plz mention your last two cases details with rejection details

Of course you can get visa. Be positive about that but don't just apply again and again without knowing exact cause of your previous rejections.

Order your CAIPS notes and try to remove those objections and then apply. Otherwise it's of no use.

yes youa pply for third time...i saw many cases here who got visa in third try...but try to overcome reasons that rejects you previously
