I had the same issue once I received my oath letter! The tracker was updated and functional a couple days after I took my oath and they put a congratulatory message that everything is completed :)

I am unable to use tracker since this week.. It is showing "loading...".
Does anyone have same problems?
I have the same problem , last time I checked was Friday as it showed I need to give fingerprints and citizenship test is scheduled but I haven’t received any letter from ircc in my email when i called IRCC agent said we sent a biometric instruction letter and medical letter to your email but I haven’t received any of these. Checked email and it’s the correct one . Any thoughts what should I do ?

I am having the same issue. I tried resetting the password. I tried all the methods multiple times. I am not sure what to do now. I can't view my status right now.
