hi zzz,

i got my MR last oct23.. i think strike already ended during this time ? why ask?

actually, the reason why i responded to this concerns of yours is because , i noticed that after the strike, the timeline from MR to PPR goes back to 1 month. i am comparing some of our co-forum friends timeline and those who are got their medicals last july, august (or earlier than that) have at least 3-4months waiting time.

i have some friends who have taken their medicals after the strike and they already have their PPR.

i am hoping and praying that we will have the same timeline. :)

Hi,
I'm under AINP, and my ECAS status is :Medical received (first medical, no problem), but they require us to have further medical because it has already expired.

I have received a medical request letter last Nov 4, from the Immigration Section with confusing requirements:
The first part of the letter (red font) requires us to submit further medical examination since our last medical has already expires courtesy of their strike.

Then after the closing and signature part of the letter (blue font), there are further requirements mentioned: like application form, NBI, police clearance, passport, etc.

My question is: do I need to furnish those further requirements (blue font) which I have already submitted since our very first day of our application? they have also bolded the PASSPORT section (purple font) which puzzles me?

Thank you for your big help regarding this.

To clarify my query, here is te exact letter from the Immigration visa section and I hope you can help me with this.
NOTE: They have e-mailed me the medical request on 04 November, 2013 but they also want to submit our medical on the same day 04 November, 2013: is this a typo error from them?
