I applied under university category..
I opted to undergo medical in advance so i did it on 23rd June.
Applied to vfs new delhi on 3rd July
Passport received on 11th July, visa stamped on 10th july

It will probably be August 1st or 31st. That's what the deadline is for most of the Universities and colleges. Good luck and check their website for the complete information. Check out the important dates and deadlines section or the calendar 2012-13.
