Anyone did a medical exam in Hong Kong recently?

Got ITA recently and prepare docs. I called the medical center and they were asking UCI. I told them the UCI which shows on all my old study permit or work permit(they are the same #) and the center told me there is no record? They are not doing upfront test anymore.

Or i have to submit my EE first? then what do i upload for the medical section? :
