Anyone can explain this?

My visa states multiple entry but my work permit has a note below " This is not authorise for re-entry! So anyone can explain the meaning of this? Any input could help. Thanks

It's simple. Your visa is what allows you to enter Cananda. Being multiple entry means you can come and go many times (subject to approval of officer at POE) . Your work permit authorises you to work while in Canada, that's all, and by itself cannot get you into Canada which is why you were issued a visa in the first place. Hope this was helpful
