Actually,my uncle is residing in quebec my question is can i get the points for relatives in canada as i sent my file under the federal skilled program?
I am very confused as a lawyer told me i can't get these 5 points because the quebec program and people residing their don't be considered in the federal program anyone here has the similar status or can help me?

You can claim points from relatives living in Quebec if he is a PR or a citizen.There is no requirement for the relative to live outside of Quebec. As long as you yourself INTEND to live outside Quebec, you are fine.
