Actually,my uncle is residing in quebec my question is can i get the points for relatives in canada as i sent my file under the federal skilled program?
I am very confused as a lawyer told me i can't get these 5 points because the quebec program and people residing their don't be considered in the federal program:( anyone here has the similar status or can help me?

You can claim points from relatives living in Quebec if he is a PR or a citizen.There is no requirement for the relative to live outside of Quebec. As long as you yourself INTEND to live outside Quebec, you are fine.
