Anyone called Quebec Immigration and talked in English?

Hi,

The number for calling from outside Canada is + 1 514 864-9191, All french, only they say, to hear in English, press 9. I did, still lots and lots of french...

I called them for 5 times now, same thing, the extension 9 does not work, hence no English.

Anyone called them recently? could u please give the extension steps?
