Anyone applying for COC from Singapore?

I have received ITA and in the process of getting documents ready.

I have applied for an appeal to get COC from Singapore. and SPF has approved my appeal too. But now i am in a fix as I found this on CIC website.. that I do not need to submit PCC for Singapore with the PR application. Only after submitting CIC will send a requisition letter. I am totally confused. Should i proceed with finger printing?

Is there anyone who has submitted PCC for Singapore.. who can guide?

Submit a placeholder letter that says an official letter from IRCC is required to obtain a Singapore COC. The instructions clearly state that an official letter requesting for a Singapore COC will be sent after AOR.
