Anyone apply for Nova Scotia Experience EE?

Hi, there

I'm applying Nova Scotia Experience EE, but some of Documents can't understand. Can anyone help me out?
Required attachments:
1, NOC 2011 Match (evidence of work experience matching NOC 2011)
How can I proof that?what should i need ?
2, employment history (Letter of reference from employers and supporting documents)
Should I need to give all of my previous reference? what should be included in the letter?
Addition documents
1. Nova Scotia Study( Proof of previous study in Nova Scotia)
I tried to upload my degree, but documents cannot upload twice, so what should i need for that?
2, Nova Scotia Work( Proof of previous work in Nova Scotia)

Please help if anyone had those experience before!
