I saw many sds refusal with the same reason. What are you now doing to make your file more strong .? And in how many days you got the result of your visa application .?

i got it in 20 days after giving biometrics

i am going for a cover letter through ICCRC authorized lawyer

it is the reason they provide us with when they just want to reject visa application and don't find any ineligibility in file
